Bernard has enjoyed a long and successful career with all things automotive. From setting up his first petrol station in 1983 with his wife Judith, to car sales and workshops, all ultimately leading to the creation of in 1992. Bernard has a very hands on and transparent approach to business, which he has impressed on all of the team. |

As well as setting up Court Farm Garage with her husband Bernard in 1983, and working very hard hand in hand with Bernard across all of the business developments, Judith has found time to raise four children, three of which hold senior positions at , Mark, Emma and Verity. As a full time business woman and Mum to all four children, Judith has a very strong and committed work ethic. .

Mark has enjoyed a long and successful military career, and utilising some of the unique skills associated with a military background, has brought a great sense of precision, detail and focus to the team. As business development manager, Marks role is key to driving the business forward and ensuring that their long term business goals are met, and that the business carries on growing organically, with their current ethos: Loyalty, integrity, commitment and passion are the foundations of our business. |

Emma and her husband George have recently joined the company to complete the team of 'key people' managing from the top. A long standing career in the Sales sector has meant that Emma has been able to bring the skills and knowledge to take the Company forward in developing our strategic sales planning. She co-ordinates 's Accident Damage Program and has taken the lead in all installation operations. In addition to her role within the Company she is also raising two children, Max and Gabrielle.

George has a keen eye for detail, developed over many years of running his own successful business. He has worked in the engineering sector for most of his career, beginning his training at when he was just 16 years old. Teamwork and communication is an essential part of Georges work ethic, and he works on the factory floor alongside his team members co-ordinating all production processes. On the rare occasions that George is not working hard for the company he puts his skills to work in renovating properties. |

After completing her university degree in HR Management in 2001, Verity has worked as an HR generalist in Recruitment, Training and in the Education Sector, with a focus on Health & Safety in later years. After living on the Isle of Wight, Verity and her husband moved back to the local area and seized the opportunity to join in the family business. This is juggled with raising her Son, Charlie, and managing the family home. Her husband also works occasionally for the Company, however, being in the Royal Marines, he is usually in foreign climes. |
